SVSU Womens Track & Field team hosts W-C-W Meet

On Saturday, Feb. 3, the Saginaw Valley State University women’s track & field team hosted the annual W-C-W Tri-Meet between the Cardinals, Wayne State, and Northern Michigan University. While the team ultimately finished in 3rd with a final tally of 52.5 the Cardinals had a great day record-wise.

She cleared the bar at 3.76m, describing it as

Ciera was excited to break the record as this was the first meet her family was able to come to. And no better meet than the one where she broke the record.

She spoke about her future goals.
