Fraud
At 10:30 a.m. Nov. 13, a 21-yearold woman from a student organization reported that SVSU had sent her check to an old address and someone had cashed the check. Officers contacted the person at that address and discovered that he had cashed the check for himself. The subject has repaid the money to the organization.

Larceny
At 2:26 p.m. Nov. 19, employees from the C-Store reported that a male student had entered the store, re-filled a cup with pop and attempted to leave without paying. He was told to dump it out. A short time later, the subject and another student came in and the other student attempted to do the same thing. The second subject ended up paying for the pop.

Suspicious Situation
At 2:30 p.m. Dec. 3, a 15-yearold student reported that on Dec. 2, she was approached by a male asking for a ride home. She refused and left. On Dec. 3, she came out of class in Curtiss Hall and the same male was standing outside asking her for a ride home again. She again refused and left. This is still under investigation.
