Jeff Reseigh enters his senior season with the Cardinal Baseball team.
Going into this season with 11 RBIs, and a .275 average previously, Reseigh is likely to be a star on the team’s roster this season.
The other two catchers listed on the roster, Connor Cornwell and Tom Rice, will precede him following his graduation.
This season, Reseigh looks forward to the team trip to Arizona where the team will get to compete against other teams on the west side of the country.
SVSU’s “home feel” is what initially drew Reseigh into choosing to study and continue his athletic career here. However, his favorite part of attending school and playing baseball here is the relationships he’s created with his teammates.
Coached by Adam Piotrowicz, Justin McMurtrey, and Brandon Evans, SVSU’s baseball team begin their season in late February. Reseigh hopes to help bring the team a regional championship to redeem themselves after last season’s tough loss to the Wayne State Warriors.
