Fraud
On Mar. 31 at 7:20 p.m., a 19-year-old resident student spoke to officers about a fraud that had occurred. The student received a phone call about his social security number being compromised. Before he determined it was a scam, he provided some of his personal information. At this time he is not out any money, but he did have to cancel bank cards, credit cards, alert three credit card companies, and social security.
