Larceny

At 6 p.m. on Jan. 27, officers made contact with a student in the Student Center who said that his vehicle was stolen within the last 20 minutes from J-3 Lot. He said he had lost his keys and was still in the process of finding them. He went out to his car to try and find them and he could not. He retraced his steps from the car, came back and his car was gone. Officers later found the car being driven in J-3 Lot and stopped it. Two subjects were inside. The 25-year-old male student who was driving indicated he had received the keys from someone else, but did not give them any information. The student had a suspended license and warrant for his arrest. He was arrested for driving without a license and unlawful driving of an automobile.

Suspicious situation

At 4:40 p.m. on Jan. 23, a 21-year-old female student came back from class to find her vehicle unlocked with the windows down in Pine Grove. She had the keys and the windows were electronic. It is still unknown how this happened.
